Mindful movement with Sharon consists of gentle stretching and strengthening postures done slowly with moment to moment awareness of the breath and the sensations that arise as you move.
It cultivates the importance of listening to your own body, in order to honor it’s wisdom and be present.
The class integrates asanas of hatta yoga, gentle movements with mindfulness techniques.
Sharon teaches yoga and mindfulness as well as a practising therapist, and brings with her a wealth of experiences and knowledge to the mindful movement classes as well as been a practising therapist.
